Serial entrepreneur Shomari got his start in e-commerce by networking with several sales representatives for a prior company he ran ten years ago. After realizing the potential of Shopify, he bought an automation store. Then, he saw an advertisement for Amazon, which inspired him to enroll in a course to understand the fundamentals of succeeding there.

Shomari started his business alone in his garage. Over time, he turned it into an international business with employees in four countries and millions of dollars in sales.

Hiring qualified employees who were committed to the task was the largest obstacle he faced along the way. Several candidates lacked the dedication and work ethic required, necessitating the need for additional training programs to turn novice employees into specialists. In Pakistan, a training program was started to help more than 60 people escape poverty and develop lasting skills so they could support their families.

The goal of Shomari is to provide more hands-free capital to its clients’ families in the form of extra vacations, retirement savings, or passive income streams. He aims to provide clients with peace of mind by providing income sources that can be produced at any scale they need.

Each company that is growing will face a variety of difficulties along the way, and Shomari was no exception. He had to manage very low budgets in the beginning, to get things going, so money was a big problem. With only a few tools, resources, and people to help him, he had to be creative and use all of his experience to get the word out about his products and services.

In order to encourage clients to buy from him, he started contacting influencers in his industry and making offers of deals, discounts, and other incentives. As he made connections with other companies in the same industry, new opportunities came up. This led to strategic alliances that led to joint ventures that gave him access to more capital and resources.

Better pay for workers was made possible by having more money, which improved staff retention and attracted top talent who loved their work more than just the cash. But long-term success in good business still demands organization, dedication, and persistent hard work.

Shomari’s ability to persevere through difficult times was largely due to her ability to never give up or become complacent, even when progress seemed slow or nonexistent. Even when some around him warned him it wouldn’t be feasible, he always kept moving forward. His way of thinking has helped him become the successful entrepreneur who, after starting out in a garage ten years ago, now heads a multinational e-commerce empire.

Shomari has made it his goal to empower individuals in his community by using the riches he has accumulated not just for his own benefit but also as a means of empowering himself. He is adamant that everyone should have the chance to succeed, regardless of their background or financial situation; this conviction is part of what motivates him to show others how to make their own meaningful creations, which they can then pass down to future generations if they so choose. This helps people experience less struggle while also increasing their potential and quality of life.

In his most recent endeavor, Shomari has focused on developing digital products, such as e-courses and programs, that are specifically tailored for business owners seeking greater success through entrepreneurship principles shared through experiential stories learned by Shomari himself throughout his journey thus far, all with an eye towards greater gains tomorrow than experienced today. In this way, Shomari works towards his objective of assisting people in realizing their full potential in order that someday someone else might demonstrate how he overcame insurmountable challenges to achieve personal greatness through business struggles.
